For employers

Nurses read your ad differently from the way you write it.

The data is in on what nursing staff want to know before they move: around 12,700 responses, 67 conditions, ranked by importance. Most job ads answer not a single one of them. With us, five details are mandatory.

Staffing beats everything

"Staffing levels that match the workload" ranks 3rd out of 67 (95.1 per cent).

The roster, not the clock

Binding duty rosters: 8th place. Ruling out night shifts: last place.

Training counts through the money

Only one question about further training makes the top 10, and it is the one about pay.

Mandatory, not empty phrases

Without pay, shift pattern, night shifts, overtime and specialist further training, nothing goes online.

Of the ten most important conditions, six are about culture: fair treatment, appreciative managers, time to care. An advert can claim these, but not prove them, which is why nobody believes it. Four can be proven. We require one of them in every package, and we also ask about the staffing ratio.

Your position sets four engines in motion.

1

Visibility

Your ad goes to Google for Jobs, to search, to Bing and to the search services of ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.

for those who search. And for those who ask.

2

Activation

Our recruiters approach suitable nurses personally. For your position.

for those who would listen

3

Community

We bring back nurses from our network whom we have known for years.

for those who never read an ad

4

Matching

Each position is only shown to those who are a professional fit. With reasons, point by point.

no wasted reach, no percentage scores

With a classic job board you wait for a nurse to find your advert. At klinovo, publication also starts the search.

Success fee—often—

"Success fee: no" is the difference you can put a figure on: filling a post on commission usually costs a share of the annual salary.

How you can measure us.

Mandatory in every ad, even in the lowest-priced package

  • Salary range by collective agreement, pay group and step
  • Shift model: rotating shifts, early and late, permanent nights or day duty
  • Night shifts per month
  • Overtime arrangements
  • Whether specialist further training is offered and funded

We discount the price, the run time and the number of ads, never the mandatory details. Without a salary range, an ad does not go live with us; that is checked by the database, not by a member of staff.

FAQ

What employers ask us beforehand.

What does it cost to advertise a nursing position with klinovo?

From 890 € net for a 12-week term, at the same price as a physician position. Every package includes the same services: AI matching with a justified list of criteria, the full fact sheet and a dedicated address for your position, prepared for Google for Jobs. Discounts apply to price, term, placement and quantity, never to the mandatory details. There is no basic fee and no minimum contract term.

Is there a commission if we hire someone?

No. There is no success fee and no placement commission, regardless of whether the hire comes about through a match or a direct application.

How long does an ad run?

12 weeks in the entry package, twelve weeks in the largest single package. The healthcare job boards sell in eight-week steps; anyone still searching there after eight weeks has to buy again. That is why the term always belongs next to the price, otherwise you are comparing two figures that do not measure the same thing.

What happens if there is no suitable match?

If a position receives no match during the booking period, we extend the listing free of charge by the same period. There is no refund, as the ad was visible during this time and indexed for Google for Jobs.

Can we end a job ad early?

Yes. Once the position is filled, you take the ad offline. With a package, you can replace that slot with another position. The remaining time carries over, but no new period begins: if you release an ad after four of twelve weeks, the next one has eight weeks. With a single booking, the period ends.

How does the matching work, and how reliable is it?

Every suggestion comes with a list of criteria that names each point met and each point still open: clinical area, qualification, seniority level, distance, salary range, shift model and night duties. We deliberately do not quote a percentage. A figure such as "87 % match" would, under the EU AI Act, be a claim about a person in a recruitment context that has to be substantiated; the list of criteria says the same thing, only verifiably. We suggest, you decide.

What happens to the nurses' data?

Profiles stay anonymous until the nurse grants release. You do not see the name, employer, contact details, original photo or CV beforehand. This is not a setting that can be switched off; it is how the platform is built. Every contact request also requires approval by a person and is logged by name and with a time stamp. The data is held in a database in Frankfurt.
