If a position is filled before the ad expires, release the ad and replace the slot with another one, using the remaining run time. Release after four of twelve weeks and you have eight weeks for the next position.

If a position receives no match during the booking period, we extend the listing free of charge by the same period. There is no refund, as the ad was visible during this time and indexed for Google for Jobs.
No. There is no success fee and no placement commission, regardless of whether the hire comes about through a match or a direct application.
Yes. Once the position is filled, you take the ad offline. With a package, you can replace that slot with another position. The remaining time carries over, but no new period begins: if you release an ad after four of twelve weeks, the next one has eight weeks. With a single booking, the period ends.
Any team member with the “May request contact” permission. This approval is logged by name and with a time stamp. The EU AI Act requires this for matching systems used in recruitment.
For hospital groups and providers with several sites: all sites under one contract, an agreed annual volume of positions, integration with your applicant management system and your own branding. The price depends on the number of sites and the volume.
Yes, the net prices are identical. VAT depends on your country of establishment, see the next question.
All prices are net prices. For customers in Germany, 19% VAT is added. For customers in Austria, invoicing is under the reverse charge procedure without German VAT; a valid VAT identification number is required. Services to customers in Switzerland are third country supplies and not taxable in Germany; any acquisition tax is paid by the recipient of the service.
By invoice: you receive a quote as a PDF with a quote number and can add your organisation's purchase order number. The advert goes live with your order, and the invoice follows with 14 days' payment terms. Credit card payment is in preparation; the advert will then go live once payment is made, and the invoice will be sent automatically by e-mail.
Your advert runs from the moment your order is received. We release anonymous candidate profiles and contact requests as soon as your organisation is verified, usually within one working day. That is our promise to healthcare professionals: anyone who sees profiles has been vetted as an employer.
The prices above apply, and we can set up your ad straight away. Self-service via your own account will open on 1 November. Until then, we will create the ad together with you and invoice you for it.
