AI matching

Approach people instead of filtering them out.
Every match comes with reasons.

klinovo compares your position with the talent pool criterion by criterion and tells you for every candidate what fits and what is still open. You spend your time in conversation, not on CVs that were never a fit.

Professional groups

Who does the matching search for?

Medical service
Nursing
MFA
OTA
ATA
MTR

Every professional group is assessed by its own rules: in nursing, the care setting, shift model and staffing ratio count; in the medical service, the specialty, level and further training.

What is compared

Twelve criteria, no buzzwords

A CV that says “intensive care” is not yet a match. The matching reads what your position requires and checks every candidate point by point. It assesses seven criteria today, with five more in preparation.

SpecialtyCore criterion

Medical specialty or care setting such as ward, intensive care, theatre or emergency department, plus everything that is professionally adjacent. From fixed catalogues, not from buzzwords.

LevelCore criterion

From Facharzt to Chefärztin, from Pflegefachkraft to Stationsleitung, including management responsibility. Plus professional registration: without specialist recognition there is no specialist post, and a pending recognition is stated openly in the profile.

Location and relocationCore criterion

Actual distance based on 15.668 postcodes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, plus willingness to relocate.

Salary

The desired salary against the band in your collective agreement, for example TV-Ärzte/VKA or AVR Caritas.

Specialist training

Training authorisation in the medical service, specialist further training in nursing: what your hospital offers and what the candidate needs for their next career step.

Additional qualifications

Additional titles, certified skills and specific abilities your position requires or would like to see: for example interventional procedures, emergency medicine, wound management or practice mentoring.

Duty load

On-call and standby duty, in nursing the shift model, night shifts, weekends and staffing ratio: just as you describe it and just as the candidate is willing to take it on.

Type of institution

University hospital, hospital, MVZ, practice or care facility, and where the candidate would like to work.

Working time model

Full-time or part-time, and how many hours the candidate actually wants to work.

Availability

Earliest start date and notice period, so that interviews fit your target date for filling the post.

Language skills

The German language skills the role requires, and further languages if your patients need them.

Career goals

More time in theatre, a leadership role or a move into outpatient care: where the person wants to go.

What a match looks like

Three bands instead of a percentage

Every match carries a band, with the reasons below it. The AI does not estimate the band, it is calculated from the criteria. Two people in the same situation therefore always end up in the same band, and you can see why at any time.

  • very good matchAll core criteria met, no deviation.
  • good matchOne criterion deviates or a detail is missing.
  • partial matchOne core criterion is not met. Still visible, because a conversation can clarify more than a profile.

Sample profile

Oberärztin, Radiology

12 years of experience · 38 km · doctorate

matching
  • Specialty radiology, confirmed
  • Oberarzt level reached
  • 38 km, within the preferred radius
  • Salary expectation is within band Ä3
  • No on-call duties wanted, the position has two a month
  • Interventional radiology desired, not mentioned in the profile

How it works

From the position to the first conversation

1

Post a position

You upload your advert. We extract the specialty, level, location, collective agreement and duties, and you check that everything is correct.

2

The matching runs

A fixed filter screens out anything that clearly does not fit. Every remaining person is assessed criterion by criterion and appears in your Talent Feed.

3

Request contact

You see an anonymous short profile with a band and the reasons. You send a request, the professional releases their details, and you talk to each other.

Questions and answers

What employers ask about matching

How does klinovo find suitable doctors and nurses?

In two stages. First, a fixed filter screens out anything that clearly does not fit: wrong specialty, wrong level, outside the radius. Then the AI assesses every remaining person criterion by criterion, and the band is calculated from these criteria according to a fixed rule.

Why is there no percentage score?

Because a figure like “87 % match” claims a precision that no method has. Instead you see three bands and the reasons below them: what is met, what is not, and where a detail is missing. Two people in the same situation always get the same band.

Does the AI decide who gets invited?

No. The AI suggests and explains, you make the decision. Nobody is rejected automatically, and a missing detail counts as open, not as a shortcoming.

Do I see names and contact details?

First you see an anonymous short profile. You request contact, and the professional decides whether to release their details. That way you also reach people who would never apply publicly while in a secure post.

Which professional groups is the matching available for?

For medical staff and nursing, each with its own set of rules: in nursing, factors such as the care setting, shift model and staffing ratio count. MFA, OTA, ATA and MTR are all covered.

Does matching cost extra?

No. It is included with every position, at the same fixed price and with no commission on hire.

Who is right for your position?

Matching is included with every position.
