Find a job.
Or let it find you.

klinovo is both: a job board where you can apply without a cover letter. And a matching service that keeps searching for you in the background while you work. Free of charge, permanently.

Become part of our community

You give everything, every day. For people who need you, and for a team that relies on you. What's missing isn't your commitment. It's a hospital that sees it.

And you don't need to write twenty applications for that. With us, the hospitals say first what they offer: salary, shifts, team, journey to work. Whether you respond to a contact request is up to you.

Why the search ends differently here

Every ad states what it pays

Transparency matters to us. And to our clients. That's why every ad states what it pays: under a collective agreement with pay group and step, or outside it as a range.

Your search has an end

Suggestions only come through when specialty, level, radius and your own conditions match. And every suggestion shows which criteria are met.

Nobody finds out that you're looking

An employer only learns your name, your current hospital or any other details once you agree. If you decline a contact request, you stay anonymous.

Two routes, one account

You don't have to choose

Both run at the same time, and both cost you nothing. The only difference is who makes the first move.

Route 1

You search yourself

Just like any job board. Only with details no other one has.

  • Every ad states the salary. Not "attractive remuneration", but pay group and range. An ad without a salary simply can't go online with us.
  • Plus shifts per month, team, further training and type of contract. All before the first interview.
  • Apply without a cover letter and without a folder of documents. Your profile is the application.

Route 2

You let yourself be found

What a job board can't do. Set it up once, then it runs.

  • Every new position is checked against your profile: specialty fit, level, radius and your own conditions.
  • Employers see an anonymous short profile and get in touch. You release your name, separately for each request.
  • Your current hospital never sees you. The block is built into the database rule, not into a tick box.
Create a profile

A career step in three stages

An end to tiresome application processes

1

A profile in three minutes

Specialty, seniority, preferred region, status. That's all it takes. If you want to be quicker, upload your CV. Your details are then created from it and you only need to check them.

2

Discover matching positions

From then on, every new position is checked against your profile. You see your matches with the reasoning behind them and pick what interests you. Or you apply directly.

3

Get to know hospitals

Employers enquire through us, a real person approves every enquiry, and you decide. Only your consent releases your name, and only for that one enquiry.

Discretion and control

Nobody finds out that you're looking

The most common reason for not looking around is not a lack of interest. It's the worry that word will get around at your own hospital. That's exactly what klinovo was built against.

Nothing without your yes

No employer receives your data before you expressly agree to an enquiry. And your consent applies only to this one employer and this one enquiry. It cannot be transferred or passed on.

Your blocking list

Your current hospital is blocked automatically; you can block further hospitals and entire provider groups yourself. The block works at the level of the database rule , not a tick box. And it is invisible to the employer.

Your data, your server

Application and database are located in Germany. No sharing with recruitment consultants, no third parties, no retargeting. You can delete your profile, CV and history at any time with one click.

Before your consent

  • Specialty and seniority
  • Region, not the exact location
  • Years of experience and qualifications
  • Salary expectation as a range
  • Abstract avatar instead of a photo
  • Name
  • Current employer
  • Contact details
  • CV as a document
  • Original photo
Your consent

After your consent

  • Everything from the left-hand column
  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Original photo, if provided
  • CV, if you release it

Questions and answers

What professionals ask us about this

How often will I receive suggestions?

As often as something suitable comes along. And no more often. There is no weekly round-robin email with positions that are only roughly right. You set how strictly we filter: "actively looking" shows you every match, "open to offers" only the strong ones.

I'm not looking to move right now. Is a profile still worth it?

That's what the "open to offers" setting is for, and it's the default. You only get to see something when a position really fits. Whether you respond is up to you. Leaving an enquiry unanswered has no consequences.

Who sees my CV?

Nobody, at first. We read it to fill in your profile. After that it stays with you. An employer only receives it once you release it for a specific enquiry, and even then only for that one.

Can I also apply directly, without matching?

Yes, that's route 1. You can browse every job and apply directly, using your profile instead of a cover letter and application folder. Both run in parallel, so you don't have to choose.

What happens if I decline an enquiry?

The employer never finds out who you were. They only ever had the anonymous short profile. And a no is permanent: the same hospital won't approach you a second time.

Does an AI make the final decision about me?

No. The AI reads documents and compiles criteria; which band results from that is calculated by a fixed rule you can look up. Before an employer is allowed to contact you, a person on our team approves the request, with their name and a time stamp. Rejections are never made by a program.

What does it cost me?

Nothing, ever. Not even after you sign up. There is no premium tier for healthcare professionals and no feature hidden behind a payment. The employers who post a position are the ones who pay.

Which professions does this cover?

Medical staff, nursing, OTA, ATA, MTR and medical assistants (MFA). Every profession with its own specialties, its own levels and its own criteria. An intensive care nurse is not assessed against a catalogue for physicians.
