Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: professionals under Profile, employers under More, in each case „Delete account“. On the website under Profile (professionals) or in Settings (employers). An account with no invoices and no other team members is deleted immediately. If there are invoices or a team, we take your request and confirm the deletion by e-mail. We keep invoices for tax reasons.
I have forgotten my password.
Enter your e-mail address under Reset password . A code will arrive by e-mail, which you can use to set a new password. It applies to both the website and the app.
Who can see my profile?
Employers only see an anonymous short profile. Your name, photo, contact details and CV are only passed on to a hospital once you have expressly approved its request. You can change the visibility in your profile at any time.
I am not receiving any notifications on my phone.
You can switch notifications on in the app: professionals under Profile, employers under More, Notifications. If your phone does not allow them, go to your phone settings and allow notifications for klinovo.
How do I post a job ad as an employer?
Via the employer area on the website or in the app. The prices can be found under Prices. If you have questions about an offer or an invoice, send an e-mail to info@klinovo.de.
