Salary according to the collective agreement
9.459,56 – 10.810,95 € per month
Basic salary in line with TV-Ärzte/VKA, Ä3, levels 1 to 3, based on 40 hours per week. Excluding on-call duty, standby duty, allowances and pool participation. The number of duties per month is given in the fact sheet below.
That comes to 113.515 – 129.731 € a year, calculated as 12 monthly salaries without the annual special payment.
The step depends on professional experience within this pay group: step 2 from 3 years, step 3 from 6 years. A job ad cannot guarantee which step you will reach.
