The employer sees your application immediately , and you cannot withdraw it afterwards. We keep a copy in order to provide it to them and to be able to give you information; you can request its deletion at any time. For the documents held by the employer, they are responsible from the moment of receipt: they will inform you about this and delete them once the process is complete.
