Whatever you enter stays in your browser until you download it. To organise and read the text, it is sent to our AI provider Anthropic and is not stored by us.

The preview cannot be printed. You'll get your CV as a PDF via "Download".

How it works

  1. Choose your profession. Medical service, nursing, OTA, ATA, MTR or MFA. The sections follow from that.
  2. Upload or start from scratch. We'll read out an old CV, otherwise you work through it section by section.
  3. Type or talk. We turn your sentences into entries with dates, employer and bullet points.
  4. Choose a layout and download. Six designs, five colours, as a PDF.

Frequently asked questions

What does the CV builder cost?

Nothing. You can edit every section, try out all six layouts and download your finished CV as a PDF. To download it, you sign up with klinovo using your name and email address.

Can I update my old CV?

Yes. Upload it as a PDF, Word file or photo. We'll spread the content across the sections, you add whatever's new since then and check the highlighted points.

Which sections belong in a healthcare CV?

That depends on the profession. Doctors list their Approbation (medical licence), specialist title and specialty training, additional qualifications, doctorate and publications. In nursing, what counts is your licence to practise, specialist further training and clinical areas; for MTR the modalities; for MFA additional qualifications such as VERAH or NäPa. The builder asks for exactly these sections for each profession.

Does a CV need a photo?

No. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland a photo is common, but not compulsory. You can upload one or work without a photo. It stays in your browser until you download.
