Pay under collective agreements
Under the collective agreement, the basic pay ranges from 4.170,73 € to 5.362,16 € per month, depending on the pay group, step and collective agreement. The range is based on 2 collective agreementsthat we have recorded in full. Allowances for night, weekend and public holiday shifts are added on top and are not included in these tables.
Surgical technical assistant (Operationstechnische Assistenz). The three-year training has been regulated uniformly across Germany since 2022. The collective agreement places OTA and ATA in the same pay groups.
