Pay under collective agreements
Under collective agreements, the basic salary ranges from 5.722,05 € to 7.355,29 € per month, depending on the pay group, step and agreement. The range is based on 2 collective agreementsthat we have recorded in full. Allowances for night, weekend and public holiday duties are added on top and are not included in these tables.
The Assistenzarzt years are the specialty training period leading to Facharzt status. During this time, pay rises with the number of years in the pay group, not with age.
