Pay under collective agreements
Under the collective agreement, the basic pay ranges from 11.127,50 € to 11.922,95 € per month, depending on pay group, step and collective agreement. The range is based on 2 collective agreements, which we have recorded in full. Supplements for night, weekend and public holiday duties are added on top and are not included in these tables.
The Leitende Oberärztin is the permanent deputy to the Chefärztin. The collective agreement also recognises the role of section head, who runs a clearly defined specialist area.
