Pay under collective agreements
Under the collective agreement, basic pay ranges from 7.552,19 € to 9.698,91 € per month, depending on pay group, step and collective agreement. The range comes from 2 collective agreementsthat we have recorded in full. Allowances for night, weekend and public holiday duty are added on top and are not included in these tables.
Once you are recognised as a specialist (Facharzt), your pay group changes. The step depends on the years spent in the new group and starts again from the beginning.
