Pay under collective agreements
Under collective agreement, basic pay ranges from 9.459,56 € to 10.810,95 € per month, depending on pay group, step and collective agreement. The range is based on 2 collective agreementsthat we have recorded in full. Supplements for night, weekend and public holiday duties are added on top and are not included in these tables.
Becoming an Oberarzt is not a question of years in the profession, but of the responsibility assigned to you for an independent part of the department.
