Pay under collective agreements
Under the collective agreement, basic pay ranges from 4.170,73 € to 5.386,78 € per month, depending on pay group, step and collective agreement. The range is based on 3 collective agreementsthat we have recorded in full. Allowances for night, weekend and public holiday duties are added on top and are not included in these tables.
Pflegefachfrau, Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Altenpfleger:in: the three-year training leads to the same pay group. Particularly demanding work moves you up one group.
