Pay under collective agreements
Under the collective agreement, basic pay ranges from 4.441,45 € to 5.386,78 € per month, depending on the pay group, step and agreement. The range is based on 2 collective agreementsthat we have recorded in full. Allowances for night, weekend and public holiday shifts are paid on top and are not included in these tables.
Practice instructors support trainees on the ward. The further training course comprises at least 300 hours.
