Pay under collective agreements

How much does a nursing assistant earn?

Under the collective agreement, basic pay ranges from 3.422,75 € to 4.816,09 € per month, depending on pay group, step and collective agreement. The range is based on 3 collective agreements, which we have recorded in full. Allowances for night, weekend and public holiday shifts are added on top and are not included in these tables.

The collective agreement distinguishes between nursing assistance without formal training and the one-year training as a nursing assistant. These are two separate pay groups.
